Marks an article as translated

Parameters:

1. Status, can be one of the following:
   • o - the article is the one in the original language, adds the article to the global and languge specific categories.
   • T - the article is itself a translation of another article
   • O - When tihs article is a translation, then the article marked with an O is the original.
   • u - update needed, the main article was changed, so the translations need revision. Adds the article to the "translation needed" category and inserts a link to the "In other languages" box in the lower left.
   • t - translated, the article is fully tranlated into another language. Inserts a link to the "In other languages" box in the lower left.
   • n - no translation needed
2. namespace of the article
3. the name of the article in the language given below (names for tranlated articles usually differ from the original name)
4. The ISO 3166-1 code for the language the article was translated to.
